USF18 Photo Competition

In light of the long winters sailors have to endure prior to getting back on the water, the USF18 Facebook page hosted a “Show us your F18” photo competition for the F18 sailors to vote on in January. The winners of this round would receive brand new Nacra Tech jackets as their prize from Nacra North America.

Out of 40+ photo submissions, our very own Clay & Alyx Selsmeyer were able to claim the prize of the Nacra Tech jackets! But that’s not all…

In 7 manufacturer rounds, and a final round of champions, USF18 compiled the photos from all past winners and did a championship round for everyone to vote on the best of the best photo for the class. There was a lot of Facebook banter between the top 12 photos but only ONE would be the ultimate photo champion.

With back to back victories & a lot of Facebook shares to make the win, Clay & Alyx Selsmeyer took home not only the Nacra Tech jackets, but they will also be receiving yet-to-be-released Rooster PFD buoyancy aids and a set of USF18 decals.
